Ever since I learned how to hold a pencil properly in first grade, immediately I knew I wanted to draw for the rest of my life. Kids would be outside playing, while I could be anywhere drawing with my brother Hanan. For Christmas, I would get stacks of paper every year from my grandpa. Me and Hanan would run through that paper like it was a race. I would try new styles and techniques self teaching cartoon, shading, perspective, and color theory.

Growing up, I attended after school art classes for painting and life drawing. My parents were very supportive of my abilities and helped get me into an art high school called Walkerville Collegiate Institute. High School was where I started learning strong fundamentals of fine arts and developed some of my signature styles. I started earning money from my art when I was around 15 and could see it as a career instead of just a hobby, inspired by the fact that my classmates would pay for my drawings instead of paying for their lunches.

After high school I was accepted into St. Clair College for Graphic Design and learned digital arts on a deeper level. I had already established myself as a popular freelance artist in the city of Windsor, but my journey still wasn’t over. I am now a graduate of Humber College for 3D Animation, this program opened up a new world of artistic methods I’m pleased to be involved with. I love 3D modeling and I’m glad to be a part of the teams behind amazing shows and movies that we all love.

I’ve been actively working in the TV & Film industry since September 2020 as a Concept/Graphic Artist and can’t wait to be a part of more creative and exciting projects in the future.
